Send your measurements and explain what the sheet will be used for. For a pond, say whether you measured the top or followed the slopes and floor.

We check the finished size and material with you. Confirm the sheet price, freight, advance and remaining balance together.
- 3.
Agree the preparation estimate, collection or transport arrangement, and the cancellation, change and defect terms before paying or authorising production.
For courier orders, confirm how and when the remaining balance is paid with the shop. A courier estimate does not include a promise that the courier will collect that balance.

Preparation and delivery are separate
Preparation usually takes 2–4 days after the size is confirmed. Collection from the godown is free, at an agreed time. For courier delivery, enter your pincode in the order form to check the charge and transit estimate. Courier availability depends on the size, weight and destination.
For a large or heavy liner, send your sheet size and pincode on WhatsApp so we can confirm transport and charges. Confirm the total and balance-payment arrangement before paying an advance.

Call or WhatsApp as soon as you know. Tell us your enquiry or order reference and whether the size has been confirmed. Ask us to check whether cutting or welding has started and confirm the options before assuming a change or refund is possible.
A problem with the sheet or delivery?
Contact us with your enquiry or order reference and explain what happened. Share photos of the sheet, weld, packaging or damage if available. Ask us to confirm the remedy and any return or collection instructions before sending the sheet back.
